IntoVision's Business Solutions Team have dedicated Development resources to cope with any modifications or additional bespoke work that may be required. This will only be undertaken after thorough analysis and specification followed by a detailed estimate of costs. All such development work is thoroughly tested before delivery and then set up in pilot mode on customer site for further customer testing and user training. Finally, after customer testing the development will be set up in the live environment.

Detailed design and specification of any modifications or non-standard modules is a key element in ensuring that the solution is seamlessly integrated and at Intovision we place a high degree of importance in getting this right from the outset. This includes the involvement of the developer at an early stage to ensure full understanding.
