Following going live with your solution we hand over to our dedicated support department to continue to provide you with back up support via email, phone or Web links.
We also allocate an Account Manager who will visit each customer on a regular basis to ensure that you are kept up to date with latest offerings and ideas that may following the introduction of new technologies and can potentially further enhance your solution.
Our intention is to provide regular updates on the Web site together with emails to give hints and tips on various processes such as year end.
We also run a range of seminars and more generic training courses to cover various activities such as year end and Payroll year ends.
It is our intention to run User Group meetings to give you product updates and an opportunity to meet IntoVision staff, as well as fellow users and hopefully, have a few drinks with us in the evening!
At IntoVision we treasure customer relationships and hope to make them an enjoyable as well as a mutually beneficial business experience.
