IntoVision's Business Solutions Team includes dedicated Support resources under the control of our Support Manager - Kally Wingate.
Unlike many Software companies we have allocated dedicated Support resources right from the start, so you don’t have to struggle trying to find a Consultant who’s probably on site working for another customer.
We use specialised Support software in order to track all queries and ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
In addition, we will be offering relevant information and courses to help you get the most from your solution and these will be emailed to you when appropriate and shown on the Web site.
